Criteria for attendance at the 2009 Woodson Barrow Luncheon

1. The event is open to young people aged 14 -19 years old.

2. The event is open to boys and girls

3. Selected youth organisations will be able to register a maximum of 5 guaranteed places. All places will be subject to selection from our Woodson Barrow Luncheon Panel.

4. Registration can be completed online or by downloading our PDF applications form.

5. All successful applications will be notified by press notice in the New Nation Newspaper or Voice News Paper at a date to be specified.

6. Selection panel decision is final.

7. There is a registration fee of £20 per place payable in advance of the event for all successful applicants.

8. Criteria for selection are students: The panel will use their discretion and the information submitted on the application forms to select successful attendees.

9. Places are limited. Completed application forms must be submitted by July 31st 2009.

10. Formal invitations will be sent to all successful applications.

11. Participating young people will need to arrange their own travel to and from the venue

12. A parent/guardians area will be provided on the day at the event

13. All participants are expected to arrive on time and adhere to the dress code.
